Information we collect
When you contact us or submit a form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, city, preferred appointment time, device or service details and the information you include in your message. We also keep service records, quotes, appointment status, internal work notes and customer communications needed to provide and manage the requested service.
How we use information

- Schedule, confirm and complete appointments
- Prepare quotes, invoices and service records
- Send relevant appointment or service updates
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot the website
- Meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations

Google Analytics and cookies
If Google Analytics is enabled, optional analytics loads only after you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie notice. It may process pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source and interaction data. You may decline analytics and still use the booking and contact forms. Your choice is stored in your browser.
Your cookie choices
Necessary browser storage remembers your privacy choice and supports essential website functions. Optional Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads measurement remain blocked unless you select “Accept analytics.” You may choose “Necessary only” and continue using the website, booking form and contact features.
If accepted, optional measurement may process pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, clicks on booking, telephone or email links, and whether a booking request was successfully submitted. We do not intentionally send your name, telephone number, email address, service address or problem description to analytics.
Your choice and the date it was saved are stored in your browser. Use the “Privacy settings” button to reopen the consent panel and change your choice. If you withdraw consent after analytics has loaded, the page reloads so optional scripts are removed from the new page view. You may also clear the website’s storage in your browser settings.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use trusted providers for website hosting, email, calendar, analytics, payment, accounting or remote-support functions. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those services, with your direction, or when required by law. Google and other providers may process information outside British Columbia or Canada under their own terms.
Storage and security
Information may be stored in this website’s protected administration area, email, calendar and business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for service, business, security and legal purposes.
