From equipment list to responsible recycling
1. Review and pickup
We review the equipment list, confirm pricing and documentation, record the agreed items and arrange collection.
2. Inventory and data handling
Data-bearing drives are identified and tracked. Data can be securely erased with specialist software and a completion certificate, or the drive can be physically destroyed at our workshop.
3. Reuse where practical
Suitable equipment may be cleaned, maintained and prepared for further use. Acceptance and any preparation work depend on age, condition and configuration and are quoted individually.
4. Authorized recycling
Electronics that cannot be reused are delivered to an authorized EPRA / Return-It recycling depot in British Columbia, helping keep electronic waste out of landfills.

Indicative pricing
Up to 10 units
$50 per unit
For older or non-working equipment. The weight limit applies to each individual unit, not the combined batch.
10–20 units
$40 per unit
Standard equipment weighing up to 10 kg per individual unit.
More than 20 units
$35 per unit
A further $5 reduction per unit from the 10–20 unit rate. Final eligibility is confirmed after reviewing the equipment list.
10–20 kg per unit
$100 per unit
Equipment over 20 kg per individual unit is assessed and quoted separately.
Drives and storage
$50 per drive
Secure software erasure with completion documentation or physical destruction, as agreed before processing.
Under 5 years old
Quote by condition
Working equipment under 3 years old may qualify for free dismantling and pickup when accepted for reuse. Equipment aged 3–5 years is assessed individually.
Clear terms before collection
$50 minimum order
The minimum order is $50 CAD before tax.
Applicable taxes
5% GST and 7% PST are added where applicable.
