Eligible on-site work
- Physical inspection and deep dust cleaning
- Annual thermal-paste replacement when appropriate for the device
- Software installation and configuration
- Hardware upgrades and hands-on troubleshooting
- Priority dispatch based on technician and route availability
The number of covered computers, initial system review, supported software and remote-access setup are confirmed before activation. The $40 subscriber rate applies to eligible labour while the plan is active. Travel, parts, taxes and third-party services are separate and approved before work begins.
