Get secure remote IT support for software problems, settings, email, Microsoft 365 and everyday computer issues—without waiting for an on-site appointment when the problem can be solved online.
What remote support can help with
Software & system issues
Troubleshooting errors, slow startup, updates, application settings and common Windows problems.
Email & Microsoft 365
Account setup, Outlook problems, synchronization, permissions and practical security settings.
Printers & connected devices
Driver, queue and configuration help when the computer and device are already connected and available.
Guidance & diagnostics
A clear first assessment that can determine whether a site visit, replacement part or internet-provider action is required.
How a secure remote session works
- Describe the problem. Send a short note and your preferred contact method.
- Confirm the session. We confirm suitability, timing and the applicable rate before connecting.
- Approve access. You start the temporary remote-support tool and explicitly allow the session.
- Stay informed. You can see the work on screen and end access at any time.
Remote access is not left active unless an ongoing managed-support arrangement is specifically approved. Never share a banking password, email password or one-time security code.
When an on-site visit is the better choice
Remote support cannot repair damaged hardware, install cabling, reposition Wi-Fi equipment, mount Starlink hardware or diagnose a computer that cannot start or connect to the internet. If the issue needs physical work, we will explain that before continuing and help you request the appropriate visit.
Start with a quick assessment.
Tell us what you see on screen and whether the computer can connect to the internet.
